Position Description:
The Revenue Operations Specialist plays a crucial role in optimizing sales processes and facilitating complex deals within the organization. This position serves as a bridge between sales, finance, and legal departments, ensuring smooth execution of sales transactions while adhering to company policies and objectives.
This position is part of the Revenue Operations organization at KPA, a team of creative thinkers and problem solvers who enjoy turning challenges into opportunities. Responsibilities:
Deal Desk and Order Management:Analyze and structure complex deals, working closely with Sales,Customer Success, Finance, and Accounting teams Evaluate deal profitability and ensure compliance with pricing strategies Coordinate with various stakeholders to expedite deal closure and optimize deal structures Support sales teams in contract negotiations and buying decisions for customers Work with legal teams to navigate contract terms and conditions Bookings and Commissions:Audit and submitmonthly and quarterly bookings to Finance Draft commission files to submit to Finance for review on a monthly and quarterly basis Own the administration of SPIFF, the company’s commission software including the integration and data flow between SPIFF and SFDC Design, build, and implement SPIFF-compatible compensation plans for Sales and other commission-eligible roles RevOps Process Optimization and Reporting:Monitor and analyze key revenue metrics, identifying trends and opportunities for improvement Provide summaries to the executive team about deal volume, discounts, and common exceptions Manage CRM systems and maintainaccurate deal data integrity Assist in the development and implementation of revenue operations strategies and initiatives Knowledge, Experience, Requirements:Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, related field, or equivalent business experience 2-5 years of experience in sales operations, finance, or a related role Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Excellent communication and negotiation abilities Proficiency in sales compensation tools (e.g., Spiff), CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and advanced Excel skills Understanding of sales processes, contract terms, and pricing models Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities Success Criteria:Detail-oriented with a strong sense of urgency Collaborative team player with the ability to work cross-functionally Adaptable and able to thrive in a dynamic, high-growth environment Strategic thinker with a data-driven approach to decision-making Compensation: Annual Base Salary Range of 65-75k Annual Bonus Opportunity of 10%Don’t meet every job requirement?
