We’re looking for a motivated and detail-oriented HR Coordinator to join our growing team and support a seamless candidate-to-employee experience all from the comfort of your home.

This full-time, remote role offers a blend of recruitment and onboarding responsibilities, giving you the opportunity to grow your HR skillset while playing a critical role in shaping the new hire journey.

What You Will Do:

As an HR Coordinator, you’ll help drive employee experience from behind the scenes and on the front lines:

  • Collaborate with hiring managers to support recruitment efforts, including posting job ads, scheduling interviews, and coordinating onboarding processes.
  • Maintain and update employee records, ensuring data accuracy and compliance with company policies and legal regulations.
  • Coordinate and support employee initiatives, such as training sessions, workshops, and performance management activities.
  • Provide training assistance by organizing schedules, tracking progress, and supporting the delivery of training programs.
  • Support HR projects, including process improvements and compliance.
