Key Responsibilities:
(Note: This job role requires employee to work from office and working remotely/ from home will not
be permissible)
1. Manage the entire hiring process from start to finish to adhere to corporate objectives and
strategies in the assigned function.
2. Work closely with hiring managers to understand the function, determine recruitment needs &
necessary characteristics of the role and develop a hiring strategy accordingly.
3. Identify, attract and source hard-to-find passive talent using different niche sites/ channels such
as LinkedIn and other social media/ digital channels.
4. Update the Applicant Tracking System (ATS), coordinate and manage all follow-up
communications.
5. Understand and execute full-cycle recruiting, including screening, analyzing, interviewing and
evaluating candidates.
6. Understanding of selection evaluation and a deep interest in social media and digital
recruitment technologies.
7. Capacity for multitasking and the ability to function under time constraints.
8. Knowledge of social networks, CV databases, and business connections building tactics.
9. Foster and maintain professional relationships with existing candidates in database.
10. Proven track record of sourcing and landing top talent in the engineering services industry.
