Opportunity at a Glance
We are looking for an experienced marketing professional who understands the fraud marketplace—whether through direct experience at a financial institution or from a technology provider within the fraud ecosystem. This individual will be responsible for expanding our fraud-focused audience through strategic partnerships, content distribution, and event marketing.
This role requires someone who is impact-driven and stays on top of key marketing trends, including leveraging AI in their workflow and tapping into partner ecosystems. You are an excellent communicator and like to work across teams and functions. This is an opportunity to shape and execute marketing strategies in a mission-driven organization with a strong brand and product, while enjoying a high degree of autonomy.
Responsibilities
Audience Growth & Engagement: Develop and execute strategies to expand ACAMS’ presence in the fraud space, growing our fraud-related audience and increasing engagement with our membership, events, and products.
Partnership & Ecosystem Marketing: Work with key technology providers, industry groups, and financial institutions on co-marketing initiatives, expanding our reach and elevating our brand.
Community Activation: Partner with social media to engage ACAMS in the conversation around fraud online, especially on LinkedIn
Event Marketing:
Plan and execute ACAMS’ presence at fraud-focused events—from sponsorships, webinar partnerships, and hosted experiences.
Partner with sales to lead pre-event, live event, and post-event marketing strategies to ensure maximum ROI and engagement.
Ideate and execute new event-driven initiatives, including virtual and in-person experiences.
Insights and Reporting: Track and analyze campaign and audience data to refine strategies, measure impact, and iterate on programs to hit revenue targets.
Qualifications
5+ years of marketing experience, with at least 2+ years in the fraud/financial crime space.
Experience in B2B marketing, fintech, regtech, or financial services.
Track record of successful partnerships and audience growth initiatives.
Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.
Comfortable using marketing automation, AI tools, social media, and analytics platforms.
