The Role
We’re looking for a passionate and results-driven Director, Enterprise Marketing to help accelerate Lark’s growth. In this pivotal role, you’ll craft and execute innovative marketing campaigns that drive new customer acquisition, elevate brand awareness, and boost product adoption among our enterprise clients. You’ll be at the heart of our B2B growth marketing strategy, taking the lead on integrated campaigns across multiple channels to engage high-value prospects and build a strong sales pipeline.

What You’ll Do
Lead high-impact, multi-channel marketing campaigns that drive B2B lead generation and nurture existing prospects through the sales funnel
Own the creation of engaging content and campaigns across multiple channels—website, email, SEM, SEO, social, events, webinars, retargeting, and more—to drive qualified leads that meet Lark’s revenue goals
Partner with the marketing and operations team to define buyer personas and gain deep insights into customer needs, pain points, and market positioning
Work closely with product management to shape compelling product messaging and value propositions, aligning with customer pain points and business objectives
Manage a small, high-performing marketing team, driving results and ensuring progress against KPIs
Collaborate with internal teams to produce thought leadership pieces and other assets that tell the Lark story and engage your target audience
Dive into data analytics to assess campaign performance and continuously improve ROI. Create actionable reports on key metrics for leadership
Use Salesforce and Pardot to analyze pipeline performance and refine marketing strategies based on real-time results.
What You’ll Need
Proven ability to develop and execute multi-channel campaigns, including email, SEM, SEO, social media, digital advertising, events, and more
Creative thinker, always open to trying innovative and unique marketing strategies
Data-driven mindset with experience analyzing marketing metrics to drive decision-making and optimize performance
Ability to juggle multiple projects, prioritize tasks, and collaborate with cross-functional teams—including sales, product, clinical research, brand, and creative teams
Experience in building and executing go-to-market strategies within new verticals and product suites
Experience in budget planning and management
Experience working with Salesforce, Pardot, ZoomInfo, and other marketing automation tools; knowledge of ABM, Stensul, or social media tools is a plus
Comfortable in a fast-paced, hyper-growth environment where adaptability is key to success
Ability to act as a player-coach; previous start-up experience highly desirable
Strong copywriting skills with the ability to craft compelling messaging that resonates with enterprise audiences
6-8 years of experience in B2B marketing with a strong focus on lead generation, campaign strategy, and digital marketing—experience in digital health or PBM
