Senior Business Analyst

As a Senior Business Analyst in the Energy business fields and having AI and Data experience, you will be key in identifying solutions that leverage data-driven insights and AI. This will lead to optimize business processes, enhance decision-making, and drive innovation. This role requires a deep understanding of business operations and technological solutions, as well as excellent communication skills to collaborate with stakeholders.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with Business stakeholders to elicit, document, and validate business requirements.
  
• Analyze and translate business requirements into technical specifications.
  
• Stay up to date of emerging technologies in AI, data analytics, and process automation.
  
• Identify opportunities for AI and process automation within the energy sector.
  
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to adopt AI-enabled solutions.
  
• Monitor and optimize implemented solutions to ensure efficiency and accuracy.
  
• Work closely with business stakeholders to understand their requirements.
  
• Communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders in a clear and concise manner.
  
• Elicit and document business processes, requirements, and specifications.
  
• Create user manuals and training materials for new systems and processes.
  
• Leads process modeling and translates requirements into Stories
  
• Conducts user need analyses to establish requirements
  
• Offers advice on process improvements and technical solutions
  
• Coordinates and monitors projects
