What You Will Do
As a Technical Business Analyst, you’ll be involved in all aspects of the delivery of complex projects. Ideally you will have experience in the data and AI space, defining and identifying value, managing scoping and technical requirements gathering and supporting the delivery of projects. This will include client relationships, commercial control and ceremony scheduling and facilitation.
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Requirement Gathering & Value Identification: Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document clear and concise requirements for a range of technical and non-technical stakeholders related to data platforms and products.
- Technical Analysis: Analyse data systems and processes to identify areas for improvement, focusing on Azure technologies.
- Delivery Management: Lead and manage Agile data platform projects from inception to delivery, ensuring timely and successful completion.
- Stakeholder Communication: Maintain clear and effective communication with stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.
- Collaborating with and guiding teams composed of both Arreoblue and customer members.
- Describe technical solutions to non-technical stakeholders (Verbally, diagrams and written documentation)
Your role will be dynamic and varied, offering the chance to work on projects that range from large-scale enterprise solutions to cutting-edge innovations in smaller businesses. Communication skills are key as you’ll often manage complex stakeholder landscapes. Experience in leading, coaching, and developing high-performing teams is essential.

Location(s)
We are a fully remote company, with the option for onsite work as needed. All candidates must reside and be eligible to work in the UK to be considered for this role. We encourage flexible working in terms of both hours and location, with the expectation that employees may get together from time to time. Any required travel to clients will be covered by us.
Interview Process
Our interview process is designed to be a two-way conversation. Following an initial telephone screening call to ensure alignment, we’ll conduct two stages: a “General Competency” interview and a “Deep Dive.” You may also have the opportunity to meet some of the wider team during these phases if appropriate.
