Job Title: Business and Financial Analyst
Location: Remote (EST Time Zone)
Salary Range: up to 3500 USD

Work Schedule: Monday - Friday, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM (EST)

Position Overview:

The Business and Financial Analyst will play a pivotal role in supporting business operations through data analysis, financial modeling, and strategic insights. They will collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance decision-making processes, streamline reporting, and drive organizational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct detailed data analysis to identify trends, insights, and financial opportunities.
Develop and maintain streamlined dashboards and reports for key stakeholders using Business Intelligence tools like Metabase.
Collaborate with teams to refine business strategies based on data and financial findings.
Create financial models to support business decisions and strategic planning.
Prepare and deliver effective presentations using PowerPoint or Google Slides.
Optimize workflows and data management using Excel and Google Sheets.
Provide actionable insights and recommendations for operational and financial improvements.

Qualifications:

Experience with Business Intelligence tools (e.g., Metabase) for building efficient dashboards.
Strong proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint or Google Workspace (Sheets, Slides).
Background in Business Consulting, financial modeling, and creating impactful presentations.
Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving skills.
Knowledge of the restaurant/hospitality or sports industries (preferred).
Spanish-speaking ability is a plus.
