Day-to-Day Responsibilities
Maintain the firm's compliance framework aligned with PSRs 2017 and FCA requirements.
Monitor UK and EU regulatory developments and implement necessary changes efficiently.
Oversee outsourcing arrangements, ensuring compliance with applicable regulations.
Draft and update internal compliance policies and procedures across key areas.
Deliver elements of the Compliance Monitoring Plan, including assessments and reviews.
Provide timely regulatory advice to internal teams, enhancing compliance understanding.
