Description

The Senior Financial Planning and Analysis (“FP&A”) Analyst (“Analyst”) will join our FP&A team, a small, highly dynamic, and entrepreneurial team within BRG’s finance organization. The Analyst will be part of BRG’s finance organization reporting to the Vice President of FP&A, supporting a wide variety of accounting, planning and financial management topics. This position’s location is flexible; however, Washington DC preferred.

Responsibilities

Analyze practice operating results to support the on-going development of monthly reporting packages for the executive team.
Prepare various internal and external analyses, leveraging expert, services, clients, and industry data.
Build upon existing reports by leading the design and execution of reporting to measure business results.
Support the refinement of company-wide budgeting and forecasting models leveraged across all business units within BRG.
Provide financial data, reports, and insights to support monthly reporting to shareholders and banks.
Work with large amounts of data to create complex models that depict trends and develop models to analyze operational and financial data.
Prepare ad hoc reporting and analysis to support strategic initiatives.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance required.
Minimum of two years of postgraduate experience in FP&A.
Advanced Excel skills are a strong requirement.
Experience with developing executive level presentation using MS Office and/or Creative Cloud.
Experience with ERP solutions, Workday preferred.
Exposure to US GAAP accounting standards.

Salary Range: $80,000-$105,000
