Are you looking to become part of this dynamic, international team? Are you seeking a challenging position that offers you freedom and responsibility? As a (Senior) Analyst Finance, you will be assigned to run the day-to-day operations in our Finance department by putting data at the center of your work. In this role, you will support and drive the data & BI analysis efforts as well as making it available & comprehensible to our senior international stakeholders. You support the growth of Factor Eleven into a thriving international, medium-sized company. 

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Preparation of data analysis and BI project management  
  • Independent preparation of monthly reports for stakeholders and shareholders  
  • Support in the preparation of budget and forecast planning  
  • (Pro-)active participation in the day-to-day operations of our Finance department  
  • Preparation of target/actual comparisons and ad hoc analyses 
  • Special business evaluations upon request 
  • Liquidity management and forecasting as well as P&L / Balance Sheet reviews  
  • Support for all departments in business management issues 
  • Sparring partner for management and internal business partnering for stakeholders  
  • Driving special projects 
  • Collaboration with colleagues to drive process improvements and best-practice introduction 

 

Requirements

YOUR PROFILE: 

  • Proven professional experience (typically 5+ years) in the relevant field of Finance   
  • Successfully completed degree in Finance (Business / Strategy / Data Analysis) - professional certification is a plus  
  • Fluent in German (B1) and English  
  • Advanced handling of MS Office (especially proficient in Excel)  
  • Confident financial modelling skills 
  • Background in data analysis and/ or data science (e.g. strong experience working with Power BI / Tableau) 
  • Ability and willingness to handle Fin Tech software  
  • Very good analytical skills as well as a structured and precise working style  
  • Adaptability, pragmatism and “hands-on” mentality   
  • Initiative, assertiveness and ability to work in a team and under pressure  
  • Flexibility, commitment and high motivation - ability to self-motivate  
  • Experience in the independent preparation and presentation of reports for management  
  • Forwardness, strong communication skills as well as goal and implementation orientation 
  • Experience in managing projects and enjoyment in moving things independently
