Carrot Fertility is seeking a high-performing Senior FP&A Analyst to join our Finance team! This individual will report directly to the Sr. Finance Manager and will primarily be focused on supporting our commercial finance function. This individual will be a key business partner to the Sales and Marketing teams to provide financial guidance to optimize profitable growth through robust financial analysis, but may support other cross-functional departments.
- Commercial Finance Planning & Strategy: Facilitate financial planning and expense forecasting for the Sales and Marketing teams, ensuring alignment with corporate goals while partnering closely with our Accounting team.
- Commission Payouts: Lead sales commission payouts in accordance with the various commission plans through our CaptivateIQ system, along with synthesizing commissions analyses on attainment and performance.
- Financial Analysis & Reporting: Drive reporting, process, and discipline for finance process to shape and influence decision-making including annual budgeting, quarterly forecasts, monthly budget vs. actual reviews, and long-range plans such as a sales capacity model.
- Sales & Marketing ROI: Partner with the Marketing team to evaluate campaign performance, customer acquisition costs, and return on investment (ROI) to maximize efficiency.
- Support Ad-Hoc Analyses: Lead ad-hoc financial analyses to support decision-making across our finance organization.
The Team
This role is part of the FP&A team and will serve as a key business partner to the Sales & Marketing organizations.
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field
- 4+ years of experience in FP&A, Commercial Finance, or a similar strategic finance role including investment banking and consulting
- Advanced proficiency in financial modeling, forecasting, and data visualization with a willingness to learn other tools
- Experience with SQL is a plus, but not required
- Demonstrated experience to collaborate cross-functionally and influence decision-making at all levels of an organization
- Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills and a proactive, results-driven mindset
- Strong critical thinking and problem-solving abilities, with attention to detail and the ability to navigate ambiguous situations.
- Ability to develop and/or improve processes, and work cross-functionally to influence decision making and implement change collaboratively across the organization.
- Intense curiosity about understanding key drivers of a complex business with eagerness and motivation to make an impact on the business

Compensation:
Carrot offers a holistic Total Rewards package designed to support our employees in all aspects of their life inside and outside of work, including health and wellness benefits, retirement savings plans, short- and long-term incentives, parental leave, family-forming assistance, and a competitive compensation package. The starting base salary for this position will range from $110,000-$120,000. Actual compensation may vary from posted base salary depending on your confirmed job-related skills and experience.
