1. Responsibilities
  • Support end-to-end monthly, quarterly and annual FP&A processes including budgeting, forecasting and reporting
  • Prepare monthly and quarterly reporting for management and investors, including financial reports, presentations and dashboards
  • Build and refine detailed financial models that forecast and analyze expenses in order to fully understand sources of variance, improve forecast accuracy and advise the business on performance improvement
  • Analyze financial results, distill/synthesize key trends, assess current and future business risk
  • Work with Accounting team in monthly close process to ensure timeliness and accuracy of entries
  • Partner with business teams across the company, establishing trust, building relationships, and gaining a deep understanding of financial priorities and drivers
  • Partner with Business Intelligence (BI) team to build and maintain financial and operational reporting tools
  • Participate in new FP&A initiatives, including ad hoc analysis and process improvement
  • Support the strategic/long range planning process by providing financial insights and analysis
  • Other duties as assigned
2. Experience
  • 2+ years of relevant work experience in Finance preferably in high-growth companies in the technology or internet sectors with an understanding of corporate finance or a combination of education and experience
  • Experience with financial systems, particularly Workday Adaptive Planning, Salesforce, and NetSuite
  • Experience with Looker or other Business Intelligence Platforms, a plus
  • SaaS experience preferred
3. Skills
  • Strong financial and operational planning skills
  • Excellent communication skills (written and verbal) with experience preparing presentations and visualizations
  • Ability to multi-task effectively, working in team environments or independently
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to deliver error-free work
  • Flexibility and adaptability to shifting priorities
  • Experience driving Opex forecasting and reporting processes preferred
  • Google Suite (Slides, Sheets, Docs) and Excel skills required
4. Education, Certifications, Licenses

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting or a related field.
