Salary Range:
up to 2500 USD OTE

Work Schedule:
Monday - Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM (CST)

Position Overview:

Were hiring a self-motivated Business Development Representative (BDR) to help grow our network of trade partners, referral partners, and B2B clients. This role focuses on strategic outreach, relationship-building, and scheduling qualified appointments. If you've built or significantly contributed to a sales process in a fast-paced environment, and enjoy refining outreach while making an impact, this could be a great fit.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct cold and warm outreach via calls, emails, social media, and prospecting tools.
  • Book qualified appointments with trade and referral partners.
  • Personalize and optimize messaging using provided templates and your creativity.
  • Collaborate with the owner and a small team to align goals and outreach efforts.
  • Maintain and refine the sales pipeline as you go.
  • Gather feedback from prospects to improve messaging and outreach strategy.
  • Support light onboarding for future hires (e.g., feedback on systems, and process clarity).


Qualifications:

  • 2-3+ years of experience in B2B lead generation or appointment setting.
  • At least 5 years of overall professional/office experience.
  • Proven track record contributing to or building a sales department or sales process.
  • Strong communicator with excellent written and spoken English (C1-C2 level).
  • Confident on cold calls and persistent in follow-ups.
  • Comfortable using tools like CRMs, prospecting platforms, and async video.
  • Self-directed, proactive, and highly organized.
  • Able to prioritize relationship quality over activity volume.


Nice-to-Haves:

  • Experience with GoHighLevel or similar CRMs.
  • Familiarity with outreach tools like Apollo.io, LinkedIn, or email automation.
  • Prior work with clients in construction, real estate, or property management.
  • Personality types like ENFP, ENTP, ESTP, ENFJ, and ESTJ tend to thrive in this role.
  • Interest in growing into a more strategic role in the long term.
