  • Fundraising Experience: A minimum of 2.55 years of experience in sponsorship coordination, donor engagement, or fundraising within the nonprofit sector. 
  • Relationship Management Skills: Strong ability to cultivate and manage relationships with sponsors, donors, and corporate partners. 
  • Excellent Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with a good American English accent / minimal to no accent, ensuring effective relationship-building, persuasive sponsorship pitches, and donor engagement. 
  • Creativity and Strategic Thinking: Ability to design creative sponsorship opportunities and develop effective donor engagement strategies. 
  • Organizational Skills: Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple sponsorships, track communications, and ensure timely follow-ups. 
  • Tech-Savvy: Proficiency in donor management systems, CRM software, and tools for tracking sponsorships and donations.

Core responsibilities:

  • Sponsorship Package Development: Design and develop tailored sponsorship packages that align with the nonprofits mission and appeal to potential sponsors. 
  • Corporate Outreach: Proactively reach out to companies, businesses, and potential donors to establish partnerships and secure sponsorships. 
  • Relationship Building: Build and maintain strong relationships with sponsors, fostering long-term support and collaboration for the nonprofits initiatives. 
  • Donor Engagement: Create and implement strategies to engage existing and prospective donors, ensuring they feel valued and informed about the nonprofit's impact. 
  • Event Coordination Support: Collaborate with the team to coordinate sponsorship efforts for fundraising events, ensuring sponsor visibility and satisfaction. 
  • Sponsorship Database Management: Maintain an up-to-date database of sponsors and donors, tracking communications, commitments, and contributions.
