To facilitate seamless interactions between medical professionals and patients by managing online appointment scheduling. This position involves utilizing digital platforms to efficiently coordinate, schedule, and confirm medical appointments.

Job Description:

1) Appointment Scheduling: Using online scheduling systems to coordinate and manage appointments between healthcare team and patients. Ensure accuracy and efficiency in scheduling.
2) Communication: Communicate with patients to understand their scheduling needs and preferences.

3) Online Platform Management: Proficiently navigate and manage the features of online appointment scheduling platforms.

4) Patient Support: Offer assistance and guidance to patients navigating the online appointment system. Address inquiries ,resolve concerns, and provide exceptional customer service to enhance the overall patient experience.

5) Compliance and Security: Adhere to privacy and security regulations governing patient information. Ensure compliance with healthcare industry standards and guidelines related to appointment scheduling.
