Job description

Our client is seeking a Chief Personalization Officer (CPO) to lead their efforts in delivering tailored experiences to their clients and customers. This executive will be instrumental in creating and executing a personalization strategy that enhances customer engagement and drives business growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement a comprehensive personalization strategy aligned with the organization's goals.
  • Analyze customer data and insights to identify opportunities for personalized experiences.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including marketing, product development, and customer service to ensure a cohesive personalization approach.
  • Lead and mentor a team focused on personalized marketing initiatives and customer experience enhancements.
  • Utilize technology and tools to optimize personalization efforts, including CRM and analytics platforms.
  • Measure and report on the effectiveness of personalization strategies and initiatives.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field; MBA preferred.
  • A minimum of 7 years of experience in marketing or personalization roles, with a track record of success.
  • Strong analytical skills with experience in data-driven decision making.
  • Experience with customer relationship management (CRM) systems and analytics tools.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proven ability to lead and motivate teams to achieve results.
  • Creative mindset with a passion for enhancing customer experiences.
  • Strong understanding of customer segmentation and targeting strategies.
