Project Manager Scrum Master

We are seeking a skilled and proactive Scrum Master to enable the effective functioning of software development teams through Agile methodologies. The ideal candidate will serve as a coach and mentor to Scrum Teams, facilitating Agile ceremonies, removing impediments, and driving continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities:

• Facilitate Agile ceremonies such as Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Reviews, and Retrospectives.

• Coach and mentor Scrum Teams to ensure successful implementation of Agile practices.

• Guide teams toward self-organization and high performance.

• Identify and eliminate barriers that hinder team progress and delivery.

• Analyze and optimize Agile processes for efficiency and scalability.

• Track and report progress using appropriate Agile metrics and tools.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and project success.

• Provide solutions to team-level and cross-team challenges.

• Contribute to strategic decisions and support multiple teams in their Agile journey.

• Ensure adoption of Agile best practices across teams, promoting a culture of continuous improvement.
   

Requirements:

• Expert proficiency in Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) is required.

• Advanced knowledge and experience with Scrum methodology.

• Strong experience with Atlassian JIRA, Agile process coaching, and Agile project management.

• Demonstrated ability to lead Agile ceremonies effectively.

• Excellent communication, facilitation, and problem-solving skills.

• Proven experience working with multiple Scrum Teams and driving Agile maturity.
