Job description

Are you a licensed architect with a strong background in Accessory Dwelling Units (ADUs) and hands-on experience navigating US building codes and zoning regulations? We are seeking a Senior Architect to join our growing remote team, specializing in the design and documentation of ADU projects for residential clients in the US preferably in LA.

Responsibilities:

Lead the design and development of ADU projects from concept to permit approval.
Prepare architectural drawings, plans, and technical documentation in compliance with LA codes and standards.
Coordinate with clients, engineers, and local authorities for permit processing and plan check responses.
Provide mentorship to junior team members and oversee quality control in design output.
Ensure compliance with California building codes, zoning, and accessibility standards.

Requirements:

Minimum 8+ years of architectural experience, with a strong portfolio of ADU and residential projects.
In-depth knowledge of US, Los Angeles permitting processes, zoning ordinances, and construction standards.
Proficient in AutoCAD, Revit, or other industry-standard drafting/design software.
Excellent communication skills and ability to work independently in a fully remote setup.
Must be available to join immediately.
