Job description

About us:

Grow Therapy is on a mission to serve as the trusted partner for therapists growing their practice, and patients accessing high-quality care. Powered by technology, we are a three-sided marketplace that empowers providers, augments insurance payors, and serves patients. Following the mass increase in depression and anxiety, the need for accessibility is more important than ever. To make our vision for mental healthcare a reality, we’re building a team of entrepreneurs and mission-driven go-getters. Since launching in February 2021, we’ve empowered more than ten thousand therapists and hundreds of thousands of clients across the country and insurance landscape. We’ve raised more than $178mm of funding from Sequoia Capital, Transformation Capital, TCV, SignalFire, and others.

What You'll Be Doing:

We're looking for a seasoned Senior Business Recruiter who is excited to work on strategic Business roles at Grow Therapy. You'll own a high volume of requisitions and partner closely with hiring managers to develop a deep understanding of their teams and hiring needs. You’ll continuously use data to influence hiring managers and measure the performance of your requisitions. The ideal candidate will be passionate about Grow Therapy’s mission and is excited to translate that energy into building the most talented team in our space. The ideal candidate will be based in San Francisco or New York.

In this role, you’ll:

  • Manage full-cycle recruitment process for Business roles from role kick-off to closing, including managing pipelines in Greenhouse, sourcing, and maintaining a high volume of recruiter screens. You’ll own roles at all levels, from entry level to Director+.
  • Act as a strategic partner to hiring managers to understand their hiring needs, advise on interview panels, and seek out incredible talent for Grow
  • Show proven ability to work at a scaling, fast-paced organization where proactivity, efficiency, and metrics are critical
  • Build sourced projects on LinkedIn to attract top-tier, passive talent
  • Use data-driven insights to improve recruiting efficiency and influence hiring decisions
  • Ensure an exceptional experience for every candidate who engages with Grow

The salary range for this position is $130,000 - $167,000 USD depending on geo location.

You’ll Be a Good Fit If:

  • You have 8+ years of experience in high-volume, fast-paced environments for Business roles
  • You have 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience at high-growth, scaling organizations
  • You are an extremely strong sourcer and enjoy building an outbound pipeline
  • You have experience with recruiting tools like Greenhouse, Ashby, and Gem
  • You have a strong understanding of recruiting best practices
  • You are passionate about mental health and accessible therapy
  • You have excellent communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills
  • Strong preference: You live in or can easily commute to San Francisco or New York

If you don’t meet every single requirement, but are still interested in the job, please apply. Nobody checks every box, and Grow believes the perfect candidate is more than just a resume.
