Job description

This is a remote position.

We are a global boutique firm providing bespoke search services as well as strategic human capital consulting solutions to a variety of client organisations. With offices in the United Kingdom, the United States and China (Hong Kong, Shenzhen and Ganzhou), ELP partners with a broad range of clients including multinational corporations and local companies specialising in the Innovation and technology, telecommunications, Biotech, Consume Electronics, Financial Banking and Investment industries.

We are currently looking for a hard-working and self-driven individual (graduate or experienced professional) to join our London team as a Trainee/Experienced Recruitment Consultant. You will start with an initial training period and learn about a wide variety of sectors. You will be expected to work with senior consultant colleagues assisting in the acquisition of up-to-date information about the candidates, clients and target clients from various sources. You will also be responsible for producing a long-list of candidates and working with consultants to reduce that to a shortlist, by approaching potential candidates, assessing their experience, credentials and gaining a greater understanding of their motivations.







Requirements

·Ambitious and seeking to gain a position with a top-class Boutique firm

·Positive attitude with confident, enthusiastic, self-motivated plus a professional communication style

·Career-focused and committed to developing yourself into a successful recruitment consultant/executive search consultant

·Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English, and the ability to build rapport and talk credibly with candidates

·Mandarin or any European language skills(German, French, Italian, Spanish, Dutch) preferred

·Location flexible ideally in London or European countries
