The Role: Want to be a part of our exciting growth journey? 

We are looking for a talented, passionate, and motivated individual to join our team as a Product Manager – Payments, where you will play a critical role in shaping and delivering a seamless payments experience for our customers as part of the Product team. 

 

The payments product is evolving quickly, you will drive the product from strategy to commercialisation it’s a real roll your sleeves up and get involved in everything type of role. Working with a world class engineering, customer success and operations team you will develop and launch capabilities across a variety of payments infrastructure, including bank transfers, card networks and international payments to deliver secure and efficient payment services. 

 

The ideal candidate will have: 

  • A customer-first mindset with a deep understanding of the payment user journeys, especially bill pay and spend management 

  • Strong technical and strategic acumen in fintech or payments products 

  • Ability to go deep and truly understand every facet of the proposition 

  • A collaborative spirit and the ability to work across cross-functional teams. 

 

Key Responsibilities 

  • Define and deliver the roadmap for TRAILD’s Payments product, integrating multiple payment infrastructures including card networks, bank transfers, international payments and other digital payment methods. 

  • Partner with Sales, Customer Success and end users to deeply understand payment pain points and identify opportunities for innovation. 

  • Collaborate with Engineering and external payment providers to ensure scalable and secure implementation of payment flows and infrastructure. 

  • Ensure compliance and risk mitigation strategies are embedded in all aspects of the product lifecycle. 

  • Continuously monitor product performance, adoption, and customer feedback to iterate and improve. 

  • Educate internal teams and customers on new payment features, benefits, and best practices. 

  • Maintain an excellent understanding of the broader Accounts Payable and spend management ecosystem, ensuring payment experiences are integrated and seamless.
