Job description

Purpose:
Working closely with the Recruitment team and Sales team (ITO) the position will be responsible for administration of the upcoming and current talent pool within their assigned area of responsibility, adhering to appropriate timescales, and ensuring that the expectations of candidates and hiring managers are met.

Key Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Monitor and manage the recruitment inbox, promptly responding to candidate inquiries and tracking applications.
  • Regularly update organise and maintain candidate records in Salesforce, keeping them up to date with the latest information provided by the candidate.
  • Screen candidate CVs against key skills for our industry, check and upload qualification certification, reference checks, past employment verification, ID verification, into Salesforce
  • Log all important correspondence/communication with candidates using Salesforce Activity logs.
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth coordination during the recruitment process.
  • Provide timely updates from emails received into the inbox on candidate progress and feedback.
  • Communication with candidates who leave messages through Call Pal..
  • Provide a positive candidate experience through clear positive communication.
  • Assist with moving candidates through the recruitment phase of Salesforce when required.
  • Contribute to process improvements as required.
  • Set up technical interview with hiring manager if required.
  • Provide cover for other recruitment team members as required.
  • Any other duties as required relating to recruitment functions.

Principal and Working Relationships

  • Direct line reporting relationship to the Sales and Recruitment Director

Skills and Experience:

  • Tertiary education qualification in business/administration/recruitment or related field.
  • Significant experience in resume screening, candidate management and preferably Salesforce experience.
  • Experience working in a large multi-national organization and/or in-house recruitment administration capacity preferred.
  • Strong relationship building skills.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • The ability to prioritize workload along with top organization skills and multi-tasking skills.
  • Meticulous attention to detail.
  • Capable of adapting personal style and tone at all levels within the Company
  • Exceptional planning and organizational skills.
  • High levels of self-awareness and personal integrity.
  • Self-Starter and have accountability for own actions.
  • Strong IT skills, particularly the Microsoft Office suite.
