We’re looking for mid to senior-level Recruiters for non-tech/corporate positions. As a a smooth communicator with a great sense of people, you'll ensure candidates are getting a fantastic experience during our recruitment process.
We need a tactician who'll plan and execute first-class hiring strategies. Someone who'll play on our team with one goal — to bring the world's top A-Players to Revolut.

What you’ll be doing
Recruiting exceptional talent to join Revolut's rapidly growing teams
Collaborating with Hiring Managers and stakeholders to create the ideal candidate profile
Developing and refining an interview process that enhances our assessment quality while optimising the candidate experience
Being a trusted talent acquisition advisor with a great understanding of the talent pool
Facilitating a pipeline of solid candidates for future needs
Screening CVs and interviewing qualified candidates
Driving the offer process and closing candidates
Consistently ensuring a fantastic candidate experience
Being a subject-matter expert in your specialist market
Implementing modern sourcing and recruitment methods
What you'll need
3+ years of experience as a recruiter (seniority will be based on your experience)
Exceptional organisational, multi-tasking, and time-management skills
Fluency in English
Excellent communication skills
High attention to detail
Flexibility, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills
Nice to have
Experience in a recruitment agency, hyper-growth startup, and/or fintech
Fluency in other languages
Direct experience hiring for Corporate Services, Risk & Compliance, and People roles
Compensation range
Lithuania: €2,500 - €2,600 gross monthly*
Other locations: Compensation will be discussed during the interview process
*Final compensation will be determined based on the candidate's qualifications, skills, and previous experience
