Position Overview: We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Recruitment Consultant to join our team in the healthcare sector. The ideal candidate will have a passion for connecting talented professionals with meaningful job opportunities, particularly within nursing, healthcare assistance, and other related fields.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Candidate Sourcing: Identify, attract, and engage qualified candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, and networking events.
  • Client Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with healthcare providers, understanding their staffing needs and providing tailored recruitment solutions.
  • Interview Coordination: Conduct thorough interviews and assessments to evaluate candidates’ skills, qualifications, and cultural fit for client organizations.
  • Job Market Analysis: Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments to effectively advise clients and candidates.
  • Negotiation and Placement: Facilitate the negotiation process between candidates and clients, ensuring a smooth hiring process from offer to onboarding.
  • Administrative Tasks: Maintain accurate records in our recruitment software, including candidate profiles, job orders, and client interactions.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with team members to share best practices, develop strategies, and achieve collective goals.


Requirements

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in recruitment, preferably within the healthcare sector.
  • Strong understanding of healthcare roles and the challenges of recruitment in this field.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to build rapport with clients and candidates alike.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Proficient in using recruitment software and social media platforms for sourcing candidates.
  • A proactive and results-oriented approach to work.
