Key Responsibilities:

Candidate Sourcing: Identify, attract, and engage qualified candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, and networking events.
Client Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with healthcare providers, understanding their staffing needs and providing tailored recruitment solutions.
Interview Coordination: Conduct thorough interviews and assessments to evaluate candidates’ skills, qualifications, and cultural fit for client organizations.
Job Market Analysis: Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments to effectively advise clients and candidates.
Negotiation and Placement: Facilitate the negotiation process between candidates and clients, ensuring a smooth hiring process from offer to onboarding.
Administrative Tasks: Maintain accurate records in our recruitment software, including candidate profiles, job orders, and client interactions.
Collaboration: Work closely with team members to share best practices, develop strategies, and achieve collective goals.

Requirements

Qualifications:

Proven experience in recruitment, preferably within the healthcare sector.
Strong understanding of healthcare roles and the challenges of recruitment in this field.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to build rapport with clients and candidates alike.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Proficient in using recruitment software and social media platforms for sourcing candidates.
