Our client offers experienced consultants the opportunity to build their own education recruitment business with financial security, expert backing, and full operational support.

What Our Client Offers:

✅ Ownership & Control – You will own up to 49% of your recruitment business, operating as a director under our client's brand.
✅ Financial Security – Receive a £30k basic salary (negotiable) plus:

12.5% commission on monthly net margin (P&L ownership).
Shareholder dividend payments (equivalent to 50% of profit).
