· Provide customized support and guidance to new hires and clients through the employee onboarding and offboarding processes.
· Create effective and informational employee communications.
· Process all employee onboarding, per local, state, and federal requirements. · Enter necessary data into HRIS, ATS, payroll, and benefits platforms.
· Optimize client onboarding procedures and workflows.
· Work in collaboration with HR Program Managers, Benefits Specialists and Payroll Engineers in order to provide client employees with comprehensive onboarding and offboarding support.
· Maintain vendor relationships and serve as a liaison between vendor and client through sales and implementation processes when applicable.
· Welcome new employees and deliver new hire orientation, including introductions to important team members, company information, resources, etc. in a presentation format. · Distribute manuals, passwords, and guidelines, as dictated by client needs.
· Address and/or redirects new hire queries regarding benefits and payroll.
· Create SOPs for processes and procedures related to employee onboarding service and support.
· Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned.
Requirements
· Deliver clear and effective presentations.
· Navigating a variety of HR systems and platforms such as: payroll, benefits, applicant tracking systems, HRIS.
· Understanding labor legislation.
· Understanding benefits plans and carrier summaries.
· Excellent written and oral communication. · Handling sensitive and confidential information.
· Organize, manage, and track multiple detailed tasks and assignments with frequently changing priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced work environment.
