We are seeking an experienced HR Manager to support our client. The HR Manager supports core HR functions with a focus on benefits administration, employee lifecycle management, and compliance. This role ensures smooth, consistent HR processes and collaborates with leadership to enhance employee well-being and organizational efficiency.

 

This position is contingent on the award of the project 

Key Responsibilities:

 

·        Employee Lifecycle Management

o   Oversee onboarding, development, promotions, transfers, and offboarding.

o   Ensure smooth onboarding and consistent performance processes.

o   Manage offboarding and related documentation.

 

·        Benefits Administration

o   Support daily benefits tasks including health insurance, retirement plans, and wellness programs.

o   Address employee benefits inquiries and assist with enrollments and renewals.

o   Maintain accurate benefits records and ensure compliance.

o   Collaborate with Payroll and HR teams on audits and data accuracy.

 

·        Employee Relations

o   Act as the first point of contact for HR queries and employee issues.

o   Manage recognition programs and resolve or escalate grievances.

 

·        HR Compliance & Administration

o   Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with employment laws

o   Handle employee verifications, updates, and support HR initiatives.

 

Requirements:

 

·        5+ years of relevant experience.

·        Bachelor’s in HR, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience)

·        Proficiency in tools like ADP WFN, Costpoint, Paycor, and MS Office

·        Excellent communication skills and ability to handle confidential information

·        Strong English fluency
