Responsibilities

  • Lead the planning and execution of high-impact technical programs across multiple sites, including EPC, O&M, and field services initiatives.
  • Maintain full visibility into project health, resource planning, financials, risks, and deliverables across all active programs.
  • Develop, implement, and manage standardized tools and frameworks for project tracking, milestone reporting, and performance monitoring.
  • Drive continuous process improvement, ensuring consistent documentation, workflow efficiency, and operational excellence.

  • Contribute to the integration and execution of digital tools and systems, including project management platforms, ERP, procurement workflows, and analytics dashboards.
  • Serve as a liaison between executive leadership, project teams, and external stakeholders to ensure clarity, alignment, and accountability.
  • Participate in design reviews, QA/QC inspections, factory acceptance testing, and commissioning processes when required.

  • 7+ years of project or program management experience in the oil & gas, utilities, or industrial services sectors.
  • Experience leading both field-based technical projects and digital operational initiatives.
  • Strong knowledge of engineering systems, equipment, and industrial workflows (e.g., turbines, switchgear, controls, skids).
  • Proficiency in resource forecasting, budgeting, scheduling, and program-level KPI reporting.
