Location: Contractor will work remotely and must be based in the Philippines

Rate: $6USD - $8USD / hour depending on experience, client references, and assigned projects

Estimated monthly hours: 10 - 40, depending on assigned projects

How do you know if this is your dream work and if Fertility Bridge is your dream client? If you think you can achieve these outcomes, this just might be the place for you:

1. Asana projects created and configured for up to 5 Digests per month. Accurately create and configure all Asana projects needed for tracking the distribution of weekly digests. Digests can contain up to 6 articles.  Projects should be added to appropriate Asana portfolios.  Asana projects are created from templates.
2. Google folders and documents created and configured for up to 5 Digests per month. Guided by the Asana project and associated documentation, create and accurately configure all Google documents associated with up to 5 digests per month.  Digests can contain up to 6 articles.  Documents are created from templates.
3. Free-to-use Stock Images selected and documented for up to 25 articles per month. Using free stock image websites, a summary of each article, and the heading/subheading of the article, choose a professional, representative image for each article.   Images should not show people’s faces or company brand names.
4. Articles transferred to and scheduled on our newsletter distribution and social media sites for up to 25 articles per month.  Fully approved articles are set up for distribution to our subscriber base via email, published to our website, and added to LinkedIn.  You will transfer the information from our production details to the site and schedule for release.
5. Pre-Promotion carousels and article heads created using templates and approved article headers, subheaders, and/or section heads. Use existing templates on our graphic design platform to create carousels and article heads for pre-promotion or publishing of articles to LinkedIn.  Carousels can contain stock images, selected and added from free-to-use sources.  Some tweaking of the placement of the text or images may be required, but design is not.

What we think we have for you to achieve your outcome(s):

• LastPass Password Manager for accessing the websites required for reporting analytics
• Google Workspace with existing templates for creation of Google documents
• Asana project management platform with existing templates, work instructions, and deadlines.  
• Graphic design platform with templates to create carousels and article head images
• Free-to-use stock image resources
• Ability to post articles and pre-promotion to LinkedIn on behalf of Inside Reproductive Health
• Loom video documentation for some Asana tasks
• Digest Project Manager, part time
• Operations Manager, full time

What you may need to achieve the outcomes, that we do not have (yet!):

• Some necessary Looms may not yet exist or need updating.  Task documentation may require additional clarity.
• We are currently revising how we interact with Advertisers which could affect the process of receiving approved content.
• Digest Project Manager is currently filled by Operations Manager
• Tasks have dependencies that may delay the start based on the availability of other team members or the Advertiser.

3. Leader specifies and judges the result of the outcome. 
4. Must be on brand with Fertility Bridge and Inside Reproductive Health brand guidelines
5. Employee or contractor  must specify exactly what is required to achieve outcome
6. Must be accountable in Asana
7. Must create Fertility Bridge assets in Fertility Bridge drives using Fertility Bridge account
