We're looking for an experienced Project Financial Coordinator to manage the commercial aspects of our IT services delivery, including projects, managed services, and software licensing.

Key Responsibilities

Commercial management of client contracts and project financials

Review and confirm proposals and quotes are within defined commercial parameters prior to submission to clients

Project setup and monitoring in Microsoft Dynamics Business Central

Manage commercials of projects and managed services during delivery, in collaboration with Practice Directors and Finance Officer

Operationally manage contracts with clients and vendor partners, in collaboration with Practice Directors

Pricing analysis and proposal review

Timesheet management and invoicing accuracy

Project Reporting on weekly, fortnightly, monthly and quarterly cycles

Project financial reporting and analysis

Vendor partner contract management

Assist with periodic reporting of contract/procurement activity through public sector panel arrangements

Required Experience & Skills

3-5 years in financial coordination within IT services/consulting

Strong understanding of various contract types (Time & Materials, Fixed Price, Managed Services, Resale)

Proficient in Microsoft Dynamics Business Central

Advanced Excel skills for financial modeling

Australian IT services industry experience

Preferred Qualifications

Accounting qualification

Experience with Power BI reporting

Knowledge of public sector procurement

Familiarity with vendor partner systems (Microsoft, AWS, Salesforce)

Key Success Factors

Strong attention to detail with financial data

Ability to work closely with Project Managers to align delivery with commercial agreements

Experience in feasibility analysis and commercial risk assessment
