Job Description:
Castlery is hiring a Logistics Coordinator based in Malaysia to support our North America logistics operations. This role is critical to ensuring a smooth post-purchase experience for our customers by actively managing deliveries, coordinating with logistics partners, and resolving operational challenges. You will work closely with our operations team, CX and other internal teams, logistics providers, and directly with customers via email, phone, and ticketing systems to ensure prompt and professional support.
