Proven experience as a Team Lead or similar leadership role.
Based in the EU (Croatia, Slovenia or Hungary) (remote role)
German – native or near-native proficiency.
Strong leadership, coaching, and communication skills.
Experience in customer service or operations.
Ability to analyze performance data and drive results.
Problem-solving mindset and ability to handle escalations.
