The Role

We are hiring a Senior People Operations Coordinator with experience in HR shared services, people operations, or employee lifecycle coordination. You'll lead the delivery of key HR processes (e.g., onboarding, employee changes, cross-border transfers) and coordinate work allocation within the People Ops team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate incoming requests via our HR support mailbox and allocate work across the team.
  • Manage complex or non-standard HR transactions (e.g. international transfers, variations, non-employed workers).
  • Support day-to-day HR operations (e.g., onboarding, HRIS updates, employee queries).
  • Act as the first point of escalation for junior team members.
  • Collaborate with Payroll, Finance, Legal, and other departments to ensure seamless service.
  • Maintain data accuracy within HR systems and ensure processes align with service levels.
  • Participate in process improvements and HR projects.

Qualifications and Experience

Required:

  • 2+ years' experience in an HR or People Operations role (shared services or BPO setting a plus)
  • Strong HR administration experience (onboarding, leavers, contract changes, etc.)
  • Familiarity with HRIS or employee systems
  • Strong English communication skills (verbal and written)
  • Excellent attention to detail and organization skills
  • Comfortable working independently in a remote environment

Preferred:

  • Experience allocating tasks or mentoring junior HR staff
  • Exposure to international or regional payroll/HR processing
