About the Role:

We are seeking a passionate and experienced Talent Lead to join our growing team. In this key role, you will be responsible for all aspects of talent acquisition and HR operations. You will lead a team of recruiters, build and maintain strong employer branding, and ensure a positive candidate and employee experience.

Responsibilities:

  • Talent Acquisition:

    • Lead and mentor a team of recruiters, providing guidance, coaching, and performance feedback.
    • Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract and hire top talent across various roles and industries.
    • Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
    • Build and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers and clients to understand their hiring needs and ensure a positive candidate experience.
    • Conduct client meetings to understand their hiring requirements and present qualified candidates.
    • Develop and track key recruitment metrics, analyze data, and identify areas for improvement.
    • Stay abreast of industry best practices and emerging trends in talent acquisition.
    • Contribute to the development and implementation of innovative recruitment strategies.
  • HR Operations:

    • Oversee employee onboarding and offboarding processes.
    • Manage employee records and maintain accurate personnel files.
    • Assist with employee relations and conflict resolution.
    • Advise on HR policies and procedures.
    • Support employee development programs.
    • Ensure compliance with all relevant labor laws and regulations.
  • Other Responsibilities:

    • Represent WOW Remote Teams at industry events and networking functions.
    • Foster a positive and collaborative team environment.
    • Contribute to the development and implementation of company culture initiatives.




Requirements
  • Qualifications:

    • 2+ years of experience in Human Resources or related field
    • Proven track record of success in talent acquisition and HR operations.
    • Strong understanding of recruitment methodologies, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and assessment techniques.
    • Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and other HR software.
    • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
    • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
    • Passion for helping businesses succeed and building strong teams.
    • Strong leadership qualities, including the ability to motivate, inspire, and guide a team.
