The Role

As a Strategic Partner to Your Client, You Will:
  • Provide high-level executive support with pace, precision, and discretion.
  • Plan and prioritize time, projects, and decisions for maximum business impact.
  • Set up and evolve systems, tools, and workflows that work.
  • Distill complexity into clarity, summarising, filtering, and advising.
  • Communicate with confidence across teams, cultures, and time zones.
As a Contributor Within the FYXER People Network, You Will:
  • Stay sharp and engage with the network, share knowledge, and learn from others.
  • Be customer-first, spot opportunities to deepen value and expand FYXER’s impact.
  • Keep our systems future-ready, ensuring efficiency and continuous improvement.

Requirements

Who You Are
  • You’ve worked closely with senior leaders or in stakeholder-heavy roles where outcomes matter.
  • You understand the rhythm and nuance of enabling someone else’s success.
  • You have strong instincts, can manage multiple moving parts, and simplify complexity.
  • You bring calm, structure, and thoughtfulness to fast-moving environments.
  • You find fulfilment in enabling others, weaving together the people, plans, and processes that let leaders lead well.
  • You care about doing great work and working with great people.

Time zone requirements

  • Flexibility to work remotely in a similar time zone to the UK (GMT +/- 2 hours)

Working hour requirements

  • We're looking for individuals that have the flexibility to commit to a minimum of 100 hours/month
