About the Role:

We are looking for a Webflow designer to develop engaging and on-brand websites. The ideal candidate will have a strong portfolio demonstrating their creativity and ability to translate ideas into visually appealing designs. Requirements

Requirements:

1+ year of experience in Webflow
Previous experience in design agencies, marketing-led businesses, or B2C products
Deep understanding of UX/UI design principles
Proficiency in HTML and CSS
Ability to create custom modals and simple scripts (e.g., dynamic headline replacement on the page)
Experience setting up basic webhooks to send data to the backend (with IT team support)
Experience with graphic editors (Figma, Photoshop)
Experience using analytical tools (Google Analytics, Meta CAPI)
Skills in working with content management systems (CMS)
Experience integrating with various services through APIs
Ability to work under deadlines and familiarity with the HADI cycles framework
Flexibility and openness to honest feedback
English proficiency at B2 level

Responsibilities:

Setup and be fully responsible for a transparent website development process
Develop and maintain web pages on the Webflow platform in accordance with the marketing team's requirements
Create responsive and user-friendly interfaces with a focus on UX/UI
Integrate web pages with various services and tools (e.g., CRM, analytics, email marketing)
Participate in the hypothesis testing process in terms of creating new user paths and online campaigns in collaboration with the marketing department
Follows the business' requests and not just "design rules"

Experience in micromobility environment
Experience / oversight on the US and Canadian markets
Set up integrations with third-party services together with the development department
