Sales Support Specialist with German - remote

Job Responsibilities:

Follow up on inbound leads and initiate outbound cold calls/emails
Identify key stakeholders and generate interest in potential clients
Assist in building training materials and work instructions
Foster and maintain strong relationships with clients to build trust and loyalty
Engage with internal and external teams via email, phone, and CRM tools
Work collaboratively with upstream and downstream teams to ensure smooth communication

Key Requirements:

Min. Bachelor’s degree in any field
1-2 years of experience in an international or customer service environment
Familiarity with Salesforce.com or other CRM tools is a plus
Fluent in German (B2/C1) and good knowledge of English (min. B1)
Experience working with ERP systems and proficiency in MS Excel
Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively
Comfortable making numerous calls and emails per day
Excellent communication skills, both written and oral, with internal customers
Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams
Understanding of KPIs and SLAs
