This is a remote position located in Panama
Responsibilities:What You'll Be Doing
-Interface with Sales, Marketing, Support, Engineering, Legal, Financing and Deal Desk to provide the latest and most accurate company information to prospective customers and partners
-Collaborate with the RFI core-team to support growth of company revenue with availability of a simplified, standardised, globally and commercially relevant RFI support process
-Support End of Quarter activities or high-volume activity periods
-Identify process gaps and drive other improvement initiatives in collaboration with your teammates
Qualifications:Skills Needed For the Role
3+ years of experience in a Sales Support environment; or equivalent combination of education and work experience
-Demonstrated achievements in similar role supporting global sales organizations and working to an SLA
-Proficiency with Loopio or other proposal software tools; as well as with common business applications such as Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook.
-Proficiency with CRM and order systems (Salesforce, CPQ) for License, Renewals and On Demand (SaaS) products
-Excellent problem solving skills and customer orientation
-Pro-active work style with the desire to optimize internal processes
-Ability to communicate clearly using common business language in both writing and speaking
-Comfortable working in a high pressure and fast changing, matrixed-environment
-Fluent in English. Additional Asia-Pacific or European language is an advantage.
-Standard office hours required: 10:00am-7:00pm EST(local time) with the expectation that extra hours may be required around our busiest time of the month/quarter/year as well attendance at cross geo meetings/projects.
