We are looking for a skilled Analytics and Automation Analyst to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for running defined code to deliver client projects related to our new, consistent products, designed with fixed analytics and deliverables. You will also manage and enhance existing solutions, which are typically fixed in scope and output, while driving automation and efficiency improvements. Additionally, you will be responsible for managing AA Global Data Storage (GDD).

The ideal candidate will be an expert in both analytics and automation, with experience in programming and cloud computing platforms to scale and enhance solutions. You should be highly analytical and driven to optimize processes to deliver high-quality results.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Client Project Delivery: Run defined code to deliver client projects based on new consistent products, ensuring that all deliverables are met accurately and on time.
  • Solution Management & Enhancement: Manage existing solutions with fixed scope and outputs, such as Duplication Maps, Category Adjacencies, and Assortment, and continuously work on automating and improving these solutions for better efficiency.
  • Expert in Automation: Become an expert in the inner workings of new and existing solutions and build further automation and efficiency enhancements to streamline processes.
  • Data Management: Oversee the management of AA Global Data Storage (GDD), ensuring data integrity and availability for analytics and reporting.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with team members and stakeholders to ensure project goals are met and to identify opportunities for further optimization.

What You'll Bring to Numerator

Skills & Qualifications:

  • Strong Analytical Skills: Proven ability to analyze complex data and deliver actionable insights.
  • Programming Expertise: Advanced proficiency in R programming and experience automating and scaling analytics solutions using cloud computing and platforms such as Databricks.
  • Additional Programming Skills: Familiarity with other programming languages like Python is a plus.
  • Problem-Solving & Efficiency: Ability to identify areas for automation and process improvement to increase efficiency in analytics solutions.
  • Experience with Analytics Tools: Familiarity with a range of analytics solutions and platforms to manage and enhance projects.

Experience: 4-6 years in analytics or automation roles.

Educational Qualifications:

A Bachelor’s Degree in Science, Technology, Engineering, Mathematics (STEM), or Economics is required.
