Key Responsibilities:
- Identify opportunities to leverage (gen)AI to transform business processes and increase productivity and quality of output, e.g. with applications such as knowledge management, chat bots, agentic workflows, content creation with generative AI, and across functional areas such as Legal, HR, IT, CorpDev, etc. Develop frameworks and processes to prioritize above use cases based on ROI and feasibility, and develop metrics to estimate and track KPIs, including direct and indirect impact metrics. Using those KPIs, inform technical and operational decisions for roadmap adjustments.
- Stay on top of the rapidly developing technology landscape in the (gen)AI, LLM, and agentic workflow space, and inform Danaher's strategy to leverage the right tools for the right application.
- Engage with, and assess, third party solutions providers and Inform build vs buy vs partner decisions. Work with internal stakeholders such as business leaders or function heads to develop a strategy and roadmap for successfully integrating AI solutions into their respective domains. Collaborate with other team members beyond the core focus area to drive the successful adoption of AI, data, and advanced analytics across all of Danaher.
- Develop robust business cases for investing into new areas, and inform the portfolio decisions between low hanging fruits and incremental improvements versus transformative long-term bets.
- Drive the understanding of user interactions and requirements to maximize the adoption and utility of AI tools, including experiment design for testing and comparing different tools and workflows, finetune interaction modes to improve workflows, and help drive user adoption and education of AI tools. Build and navigate organizational hub & spoke models for setting the right balance between centralized shared functions and technical components versus decentralized specialized components fine-tuned to individual business functions or Operating Companies as needed.
Essential requirements:
- Degree in Math, Physics, Computer Science, or other quantitative disciplines
- 10+ years of relevant background in Product Management or other strategic technical roles, or 5+ years in the case of highly relevant background (AI/LLMs in healthcare) and outstanding track record in this domain
- Strong expertise in data science, advanced analytics, data-driven forecasting and optimization, Machine Learning
- Proven business acumen for transforming technical feasibility into business opportunity and eventually impact. Problem-solving mindset, with the proven ability to understand business opportunities and challenges and find or design appropriate technological solutions to drive bottom-line impact
- Excellent communication skills, including across the vertical range from executive leadership to technical experts, ability to translate between different stakeholders and negotiate in light of different goals and constraints
It would be a plus if you also possess previous experience in:
- Background in healthcare or life sciences is a plus
- Experience with rapidly scaling groups (e.g. startups or incubators) for technology transformation
- Experience assessing the external technology landscape, and with decision processes for investments and partnerships

The salary range for this role is 180,000.00 - 332,900.00 USD Annual. This is the range that we in good faith believe is the range of possible compensation for this role at the time of this posting. This range may be modified in the future.
This job is also eligible for bonus/incentive pay.
