Delta Faucet Company is seeking a Director of Omnichannel Retail Sales to drive customer advocacy, sales growth, and omni-channel strategy execution with one of our key retail partners, The Home Depot. This role is responsible for developing and implementing strategic account management initiatives, ensuring alignment across core retail and eCommerce channels.
Success in this role will be achieved through cross-functional collaboration, program and policy management, and data-driven decision-making to identify sales trends, key drivers, and opportunities for growth. This position works closely with Omnichannel Retail, Finance, Customer Solutions, Operations, Product Marketing, and Omnichannel Retail Marketing to execute initiatives that strengthen market presence and maximize business impact.

Responsibilities:
Develop and maintain a playbook to drive omnichannel growth
Lead deployment of key growth levers including promotional planning and execution, performance metrics, and trends
Align and implement sales goals and priorities with key internal and external decision makers
Strategically negotiate customer program for profitable growth
Optimize operational execution through the development of new operations and fulfillment capabilities
Optimize price, promotion, availability and more levers in order to earn strong share of shelf as well as organic placement within the digital shelf
Lead internal and customer-facing meetings to drive engagement and accountability
Partner across the internal THD account management and omnichannel retail marketing teams to build and align strategies and tactics
Develop and own cross-brand, cross-functional, and cross-BU relationships that will drive best-in-class Omni Channel strategies
Accountable for operational controls, including forecasting, budgeting, and supply chain coordination
Implement root cause analysis and deploy counter measures where critical
Education & Experience/Skills:
BS in a Business or Marketing related field and 5-7 years of related experience; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Brick & Mortar & eCommerce Account Management Experience with a major omnichannel retail customer
Strong Financial Acumen
Ability to analyze and quickly interpret data from various sources.
Capacity to effectively form relationships, informally influence, and concisely communicate complex topics at all levels of the organization.
Highly motivated and able to resourcefully solve problems while ensuring decision making and engagement occurs at the right levels within the organization.
Thrives in a fast-pace and dynamic environment
Travel is required ~20% of the time
