Job description

We are Fool’s Theory, a company from Bielsko-Biała in Poland, creators of the game Seven: The Days Long Gone and The Thaumaturge.
We are actively seeking skilled individuals to join our team to work on a project developed in cooperation with CD PROJEKT RED.

Responsibilities

Organising FT localization pipelines and ensuring that they are followed.
Working with proprietary localization software.
Defining and improving FT localization standards processes and methodologies.
Supervising work related to regional compliance and content adaptation

Requirements

Excellent knowledge of Polish and English
Excellent communication skills.
Attention to text quality and a good eye for detail.
Experience with audiovisual localization workflows for subtitling and localised voiceovers.
At least 5 years of relevant work experience or an equivalent level of education and work experience in localization.

Nice to have

Familiarity with the Unreal Engine 5 development environment.
Broad knowledge of the game development industry.
A degree in linguistics, philology or other relevant field.
