Job description

Ludi seeks a highly analytical and detail-oriented Sales Operations Specialist to optimize sales processes, enhance pipeline efficiency, and develop sales-specific content and collateral to support revenue growth. 

This role involves creating actionable reports, analyzing pre-pipeline and pipeline data, and delivering insights to enable and support the sales organization. The ideal candidate will contribute to improving operational efficiency and driving data-informed decision-making across the sales organization.

Key Responsibilities

Sales Pipeline and Pre-Pipeline Analytics:

  • Analyze pre-pipeline data to uncover insights, identify highly engaged leads, and enhance targeting strategies to drive more effective and impactful engagement with potential opportunities.
  • Monitor the sales pipeline in HubSpot, ensuring accurate data entry, seamless workflows, and consistent opportunity tracking.
  • Provide regular pipeline updates, insights, and reports to leadership, ensuring alignment with forecasting and sales targets.

Forecasting, Reporting, and Enablement:

  • Develop and deliver accurate sales forecasts using pipeline data to support strategic planning and revenue goal-setting.
  • Generate detailed reports in HubSpot and Excel to analyze the sales pipeline and processes; monitor key performance indicators (KPIs), including revenue growth, conversion rates, and sales performance metrics.
  • Proficiency in Power BI for creating detailed and actionable reports to enhance internal analysis, inform sales strategies, and support sales demos.

Operational Efficiency and Collaboration:

  • Identify opportunities to streamline sales operations and improve efficiency through automation and process improvements.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams, including product, marketing, and finance, to align revenue operations with overall business objectives.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Data Analytics, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in revenue operations, sales operations, or similar roles, with a track record of improving sales workflows and data management.
  • Advanced proficiency in HubSpot for pipeline management, reporting, and sales process optimization.
  • Experience with Power BI, including creating dashboards and product-related visualizations.
  • Strong skills in Excel for data analysis and reporting.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to synthesize complex data into clear, actionable insights.
  • Strong presentation creation and delivery skills.
  • Exceptional organizational and communication abilities, fostering collaboration and alignment across teams.
  • This is a remote position, but candidates MUST reside in the US.
