What Are We Looking For?

Contentstack is looking for a Talent Acquisition Intern to gain hands-on experience in the fast-paced and exciting field of talent acquisition. Working closely with our People team, you will support various aspects of the recruitment process, including sourcing candidates, conducting initial screenings, scheduling interviews, and assisting with administrative tasks.   • Assist in sourcing candidates through online channels (e.g., job boards, social media, professional networks) and other creative methods.
  • Screen resumes and applications to identify potential candidates that meet the job requirements.
  • Coordinate and schedule interviews, ensuring a smooth and efficient process for both candidates and hiring managers.
  • Communicate with candidates throughout the recruitment process, providing timely updates and feedback.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in our applicant tracking system (ATS), Greenhouse.
  • Assist with administrative tasks.
  • Collaborate with team members to continuously improve our recruitment processes and enhance the candidate experience.

  • Strong interest in talent acquisition and human resources.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact professionally with candidates and team members.
  • Detail-oriented and organized, with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively with team members.

 

Salary for this role is $20 per hour, up to 28 hours per week.
