JOB DESCRIPTION

This position will directly report to the Director of the People Team and is well-suited for an individual aspiring to advance into a leadership role within the Talent Acquisition team.

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the entire recruitment process in collaboration with People Partners and Hiring Managers, which includes conducting profile briefing meetings, advising on search strategies and processes, coordinating with external partners, drafting and publishing job advertisements, screening applications, proactively sourcing candidates, scheduling and conducting interviews, managing recruitment process administration and candidate tracking, providing feedback to candidates throughout the process, and negotiating and presenting offers.
  • Work closely with hiring managers to comprehend their talent requirements and devise effective recruitment strategies.
  • Execute end-to-end recruitment processes, encompassing sourcing, screening, interviewing, and evaluating candidates.
  • Cultivate and nurture a robust talent pipeline through various channels such as social media, professional networks, and industry events.
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with candidates to ensure a positive candidate experience.
  • Develop and implement initiatives to enhance Inspectorio's employer brand and reputation.
  • Utilize reporting and analytics tools to generate insights on recruitment metrics and identify areas for enhancement.
  • Enhance recruitment effectiveness and continuously refine key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Lead projects and endeavors related to talent acquisition and strategic workforce planning.
  • Collaborate closely with the People Team on various projects and initiatives.
  • Elevate the value of the Talent Acquisition function through effective collaboration with key stakeholders.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 4 years of experience in full-cycle recruiting, preferably in the technology or SaaS sector.
  • Proficiency in leveraging various sourcing channels, including digital technologies and AI.
  • Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment tools.
  • Customer-centric approach with exceptional communication skills to build rapport with candidates and hiring managers.
  • Ability to thrive in a remote and matrixed environment.
  • Strong sense of accountability, follow-through, and ownership.
  • Capability to manage multiple priorities and excel in a fast-paced setting.
