Position Overview

Were looking for a results-driven Account Executive (Sales) to drive new business, build relationships, and close deals in a fast-paced environment. This role requires strong sales acumen, a proactive approach, and the ability to manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and manage a pipeline of prospective clients, leveraging outbound sales techniques and lead-generation strategies
  • Conduct discovery calls, product demos, and follow-up meetings to convert prospects into customers
  • Build relationships with key decision-makers and influencers within target companies
  • Work closely with internal teams to ensure seamless onboarding and client satisfaction
  • Meet or exceed sales targets through strategic selling and account management
  • Maintain accurate records in the CRM and provide regular sales reports


Qualifications:

  • 13 years of experience in B2B sales, business development, or account management
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills with a proven ability to close deals
  • Self-motivated with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
  • Familiarity with CRM tools and sales reporting
  • Ability to work independently and adapt to a dynamic sales environment


Nice-to-Haves

  • Familiarity with the Irish sales markets
  • Previous experience working in a remote sales role
