Your mission

We're looking for an enthusiastic Account Representative to join our Team and be responsible for Enterprise clients (in the DACH, Italian, and more generally, European Union markets), improving the revenue generated by the existing ones, ensuring a low churn, and maintaining relationships to guarantee high customer satisfaction. You will report to the Head of Enterprise Success team and will be in charge of:

- Onboarding through demos and remaining the main point of contact for enterprise clients;
- Upselling and cross-selling, by proposing upgrades and subscriptions, to help clients get the most out of iubenda’s services;
- Proactively reaching out to existing clients to ensure they’re fully satisfied with their subscriptions, and supporting their concerns, by advocating for them and escalating any concerns internally;
- Advising clients on the best solution to their potential problems, managing objections by explaining the issue, and negotiating on possible solutions.


Requirements

- At least 3 years of experience as an Account representative, or in a similar role;
- Full professional proficiency in German and English;
- Strong commercial and diplomatic skills;
- Result-oriented attitude;
- Experience with CRMs (such as Hubspot, or Salesforce);


Added values


- Any additional language (Italian, Spanish, or French, preferably);
- Experience in handling enterprise clients;
- Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, and Excel;
- Capability of explaining difficult subjects simply.


Location
