Peerspace invites people to find, share, and book the most magical spaces in the world. Since 2014, our community has been opening the door to thousands of spaces - from lofts and mansions to storefronts and studios - helping people to create one-of-a-kind experiences that would not be possible elsewhere. In total, over 5 million people have been welcomed into a Peerspace location, and we're looking for people who want to help us reach the next 50 million.

The Team:

The operations team is the driving force behind elevating the performance of the marketplace. Each member of our team directly impacts our marketplace reach in new and existing markets. We build the strategy and tactics that drive our supply acquisition efforts, and build relationships with future Peerspace hosts and guests. Peerspace offers an entrepreneurial environment where you will be provided the tools, resources, and leadership to be successful. Your initiative and hard work will have a meaningful impact on our growth and your own career advancement.

The Role:

We are seeking an experienced Senior Manager of Host Acquisition & Onboarding to lead our top-of-funnel supply acquisition strategy and high-volume host onboarding process. You will develop and implement targeted acquisition strategies in supply-constrained markets while overseeing the qualification, prioritization, and activation of thousands of monthly space submissions. This role combines strategic market-based acquisition planning with operational excellence in converting submissions into high-quality, activation-ready listings. The ideal candidate is both analytically-driven and process-oriented, capable of balancing quality with scale across our global acquisition and onboarding operations.

Responsibilities:

●       Lead acquisition strategies and programmatic sales outreach campaigns, working with Growth Operations, Metro Development and Marketing teams to target high-value leads in supply-constrained markets, address marketplace imbalances, and drive growth in key geographies
●       Manage a global team of onboarding agents and manage BPO relationships to effectively scale operations while maintaining quality standards across thousands of monthly submissions
●       Establish comprehensive listing quality protocols and optimization frameworks to maximize new listings' booking potential and success rate after activation
●       Build scalable processes and resources to guide new hosts through a seamless activation process while ensuring listing quality and market fit
●       Use data analytics to identify funnel bottlenecks, implement solutions, and continuously refine the acquisition and onboarding experience through rigorous testing and measurement
●       Track conversion rates and quality metrics throughout the acquisition journey to improve processes and ensure a strong correlation with booking performance indicators
●       Partner with Host Success, Metro Development, Product, and Marketing teams to align strategies and enhance new host experience.
●       Provide regular reporting on acquisition and activation metrics to leadership, identifying opportunities for process improvement and strategic growth

Qualifications:

●       5+ years of experience in operations, customer acquisition, or marketplace supply growth roles
●       3+ years of team management experience, preferably in a high-volume operational environment
●       Experience managing BPO relationships and remote teams
●       Proven track record of implementing successful acquisition strategies and operational improvements
●       Strong analytical skills with the ability to extract actionable insights from complex datasets
●       Experience with SQL, Excel, Tableau or other data analysis tools
●       Excellent project management abilities with experience leading cross-functional initiatives
●       Outstanding communication skills, both written and verbal
●       Bachelor's degree from an accredited university; degree in business, analytics, or related field preferred

Preferred Qualifications:

●       Experience working with marketplace businesses or two-sided platforms
●       Background in developing and executing acquisition or growth strategies for supply-constrained markets
●       Proficiency with data visualization tools like Tableau
●       Experience with CRM tools like Salesforce and outreach platforms like Intercom
●       Knowledge of property management, hospitality, or real estate industries
●       Demonstrated success in implementing process improvements that led to measurable business outcomes
●       Experience in scaling operations across multiple markets or international expansion

The annual salary range for this role is $120,000 to $160,000. The actual salary amount will vary depending on the applicant’s experience, skills, and abilities as well as internal equity and market data.
