○ Call and text leads promptly to follow up on quotes and service inquiries.
○ Manage post-sales follow-ups to ensure client satisfaction and identify upselling opportunities.
○ Maintain a consistent schedule of follow-ups to keep leads engaged and increase conversion rates.
○ Develop and maintain a systematic approach to nurturing leads through consistent communication.
○ Build rapport with potential and existing clients to enhance trust and long-term relationships.
○ Provide personalized responses to lead inquiries and concerns.
○ Ensure clients receive timely updates and answers to their questions.
○ Address client feedback professionally and escalate issues when necessary.
○ Maintain an organized record of all communications and outcomes in the CRM system.
○ Track and report follow-up activity and conversion rates.
○ Provide insights and suggestions to improve the follow-up and nurturing process.
