Job description

This is a remote position.

Part-time role
9 AM to 6 PM PDT (4 hours in between this schedule)
Commission Opportunities (after 90 days)
  • Eligible after a 90 day probationary period. Then after $25 for each recurring client closed. Recurring clients are considered closed after 2 consecutive cleans completed.

Job Overview:

The ideal candidate will play a key role in supporting our sales process by handling consistent follow-ups, nurturing
leads, and maintaining client relationships to improve conversion rates. This position is remote and requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently.

Responsibilities:

● Follow-Up Management:
○ Call and text leads promptly to follow up on quotes and service inquiries.
○ Manage post-sales follow-ups to ensure client satisfaction and identify upselling opportunities.
○ Maintain a consistent schedule of follow-ups to keep leads engaged and increase conversion rates.
● Lead Nurturing:
○ Develop and maintain a systematic approach to nurturing leads through consistent communication.
○ Build rapport with potential and existing clients to enhance trust and long-term relationships.
○ Provide personalized responses to lead inquiries and concerns.
● Client Relationship Management:
○ Ensure clients receive timely updates and answers to their questions.
○ Address client feedback professionally and escalate issues when necessary.
○ Maintain an organized record of all communications and outcomes in the CRM system.

● Administrative Support:
○ Track and report follow-up activity and conversion rates.
○ Provide insights and suggestions to improve the follow-up and nurturing process.
○ Manage and organize lead lists for easy access and reference.


Requirements
  • Proven experience in customer service, sales, or lead management.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Highly organized with excellent time management skills.
  • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
  • Experience using CRM software and other communication tools.
  • Professional and friendly demeanor with a focus on customer satisfaction.
  • Experience in the cleaning or home services industry is a plus.
  • Familiarity with sales processes and lead conversion strategies.
  • Ability to adapt to changing priorities and business needs.
